Located on the banks of the Murray River just outside of Pinjarra in Western Australia, this large residential, golf and resort based complex set new standards in regional development. The residential estate was designed to reflect the rural heritage characteristics of the historic town. The river and wetlands were used to create an environmentally sensitive recreation hub providing restaurant, café and visitor attractions. The old farmstead was recreated as a tourist attraction and visitor centre with a canopy walkway over wetland and through tree canopy to the river bank.
