C-AIR was developed as a sustainable, modern, coastal community in the established suburb of Hillarys in 2006.
The key objective for this project was to deliver just under 100 exclusive residences with low energy ratings and high quality visual aesthetics overlooking a central open space. This infill development has key pedestrian links for the existing community and has made use of the natural dunal landform with elevated lookout points over the central open space.

- Boutique landscape treatments including artwork by John Tarry, internationally sourced stone cladding, solar lighting and bespoke park furniture
