Seascapes

An establishing residential community south of Mandurah with over 3.6 kilometres of spectacular coastline and beautiful beaches. The neighbourhoods are structured around 18 hectares of parklands and the conservation foreshore reserve providing residents and visitors with playgrounds, open-air grassed amphitheatre, barbecue areas, walking paths, cycle ways, a sports ground and a vibrant Village Centre. The main commercial street leads out to a large focal public space on the foreshore, which is pivotal to the foreshore footpath network running the full length of the coastal frontage. Parklands are distributed throughout the community, positioned specifically to retain significant stands of existing trees.
