EPCΛD were fortunate to collaborate with a great client and architectural team on this Award winning, 5 Star, environmentally sensitive beach resort and spa, nestled below Cape Naturaliste on a secluded beach in the world renowned Margaret River wine region of South West of Australia. The steep terrain has been modified using feature retaining walls and drainage channels constructed from locally collected stone. Paths wind down to direct beach access via timber walkways through precious wetlands and woodland creating a unique luxury destination, natural experience. The design minimises physical and visual environmental impacts on this exquisite coastline.
