EPCΛD were appointed during the early planning stages of this prestigious $350million high density development project located on Canning Highway in the City of Melville. The land is located in the Canning Bridge precinct, an area identified by the State Government as well placed to develop into an important strategic centre comprising a diverse community hub with a mix of office, retail, residential, and recreational uses. This development will comprise of approximately 440 apartments with independent resort-style amenities which will be developed with ground floor commercial property offering street front activation.
EPCΛD have been involved since early inception providing concept designs, particularly the design and activation of the shared space laneway that divides the two halves of the development. Critical to the sites success considerable thought has gone into the landscape and public realm design of the laneway space to ensure its successful activation as a new energetic pedestrian sapce within the precinct.
The project is planned to enter into documentation phase shortly with completion planned for 2019.
